Where are you located?

I create and ship all of my handmade wreaths from my studio in Scottsdale, Arizona. We also have warehouses in the United States that ship our home décor items. 

When will my order ship?  

Our goal is to ship each handmade order within 5 business days but occasionally it may take a bit longer, up to 10 business days, due to high volume of orders. This is particularly true around the Holidays. Home décor items typically ship within 5-7 business days from our warehouse, unless the item is on backorder. You will be notified immediately if it is, and will have the option to cancel your order. 

Do you take custom wreath orders?

Yes! We love custom orders, please contact us to discuss your vision. 

Can I send this wreath as a gift?

Absolutely! At checkout there is a section where you can leave a personalized message for your recipient at no additional charge. We will be sure to include the message with the wreath. 

How Should I care for my wreath? 

We recommend hanging your wreath on a door with an overhang to help protect it from the outside elements. Slight fading can happen over time. If at all possible, bring it inside during rain/snow storms.
To store your wreath, put it back in its original box and store in a climate- controlled area, such as a closet. If the original box is unavailable, hang on a clothes hanger and cover with clear plastic to protect it from dust. 

What if my item arrives damaged?  

Please let us know within 24 hours if your item is damaged upon arrival.  We can then work with the delivery service to reach a solution and promptly send a replacement. We will need pictures of the packaging. Please contact us and send photos to support@prettyrusticwreath.com
